FS&CO Inc (Father, Son & Company) started out spring of 1997 just as the title states, a father, a son and a few good hard working partners. Like many small renovation companies we faced ups and downs, growth and losses but stayed true to our clients and trusted that reputation was worth more than money. To date we have served hundreds of clients across the GTA and surrounding. We understand how special your home is to you. That is why our job has been to ensure that one of your biggest investments is protected.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is simple, to make renovations a great experience for all our clients. Renovations can be very expensive, involves the sustainability/ appeal of property. With that said anyone who has had major renovations might agree professionalism is mandatory. We pride ourselves on honesty, ensuring great communication and care to make that renovation experience a good one to remember regardless of the obstacles.The client’s vision remains our central focus throughout the entire process.

FS&CO Inc is a general contracting and construction management company specializing in all aspects of the GTA’s residential market.
Founded by Elvis Parsard in 2010, FS&CO Inc has taken its stance at the forefront of the interior renovation industry to deliver excellence on each project. We have set ourselves apart with a reputation for building trust and confidence with our clients.
Our group of companies consist of highly trained builders using the latest technologies, concepts and materials. We maintain efficient communication with our industry partners and building boards, as well as with the City, to ensure a seamless and punctual renovation.
